**Responsibilities**
- Onboard entities in accordance with AML policy requirements and regulatory standards
- Prepare and maintain KYC files, ensuring accurate CDD and EDD documentation
- Conduct open-source research and validate client-provided documentation
- Analyze and document ownership and control structures for each client record
- Perform client screening and ongoing monitoring using WorldCheck
- Conduct risk assessments for potential or positive screening matches
- Execute quality control reviews of peer cases to ensure compliance accuracy
- Manage workload effectively across competing priorities and stakeholders
- Update internal procedures and documentation for senior management approval
- Stay current with AML/CTF regulations and upcoming regulatory changes
- Review transaction details and escalate cases not aligned with policy
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- **3-5 years of experience in KYC/AML operations**
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills in English**
- Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and competing deadlines
- **Deep knowledge of KYC/AML frameworks across multiple jurisdictions**
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with complex entity structures including funds, trusts, and financial institutions
- **Ability to identify risks, red flags, and escalate appropriately**
- **Background in loan agency, debt capital markets, or restructuring is advantageous**
- Strong relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
