**The role:**
We are hiring a Project Manager to own client relationships and delivery on a portfolio of software engagements. You will be the primary point of contact for the client from kickoff through launch and beyond. You will run the project: scope, plan, risk, schedule, budget, and the awkward conversations that come with all of it. Engineers will look to you for clarity. Clients will look to you for confidence. You need to be sharp enough to do both well.
**What you will do:**
- **Own the client relationship.**
Be the trusted day-to-day contact. Set expectations, manage them honestly, and earn the right to push back when something is off.
- **Run discovery and scoping.**
Translate vague problem statements into concrete requirements, milestones, and a plan engineers can build against.
- **Drive delivery.**
Track progress against the plan, surface risk early, unblock the team, and keep the work moving without becoming a bottleneck.
- **Communicate clearly.**
Write status updates clients actually read. Run meetings that end on time with decisions made. Keep written records of what was agreed and why.
- **Manage scope and change.**
Spot scope creep early. Negotiate change orders fairly. Protect the team from drift while keeping the client feeling heard.
- **Coordinate across functions.**
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA. Make sure handoffs are clean and dependencies are visible.
- **Report up.**
Give Rozmith leadership an honest read on health, margin, and risk for every project you run.
**What we are looking for:**
- 5+ years managing software or digital product projects, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role.
- A track record of shipping, not just running ceremonies, but delivering working software clients are happy with.
- Excellent written and spoken English, you can write a one-page status update that an executive will read end to end.
- Comfort with both Agile and fixed-scope delivery; you choose the approach that fits the engagement, not the other way around.
- Strong commercial instinct, you understand margin, scope, and how to say no without losing the relationship.
- Calm under pressure; difficult conversations do not unsettle you.
- Working knowledge of modern software delivery: version control, CI/CD, issue trackers, basic understanding of web and cloud architectures.
- Based in Macedonia and able to work core hours that overlap with European clients. Working hours are estimated to be 10:00AM-7:00PM CET.
**Nice to have:**
- Experience working with clients in Western Europe, the UK, or North America
- Background in engineering, computer science, or a technical discipline
- Familiarity with Linear, Jira, GitHub Projects, Notion, or similar tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification (useful, not required)
- A second working language (German, Italian, or French is a plus)
