**Job Description:**
Responsible for creating, planning, and managing the company’s digital content and online presence. The role includes developing creative marketing campaigns, visual and video materials, and advertising content aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and overall digital growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Creating creative content (visuals, banners, videos, testimonials)
- Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Planning and executing a content calendar
- Creating, running, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (ads)
- Writing marketing copy and promotional content
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance
- Suggesting and implementing new ideas to improve brand presence and engagement
**Requirements / Qualifications:**
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong skills in Canva, Cap Cut, Descript, Premiere Pro ,Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Basic to advanced knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Availability to work the second shift
