**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or procurement roles,
- Proficieny in English,
- Proficieny in MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
- Strong organizational and communication skills,
- A proactive team player with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure the execution of all purchasing processes related to the department,
- Organize meetings and congresses, ensuring necessary coordination with relevant stakeholders,
- Carry out procurement processes effectively and in compliance with company procedures,
- Follow the circulation of documents within the company and obtain necessary approvals and signatures,
- Provide organizational and administrative support to teammates when needed,
- Manage office supplies, stationery control, and business card processes,
- Manage all departmental expense processes accurately and on time,
- Maintain close communication with the field force and marketing team, providing operational support as required,
- Collaborate with the HQ team and support their needs remotely,
- Prepare monthly reports for HR and other related departments.
