**Job Description**
**🚀 Contract Transitions Specialist**

On-site, Open-Space Office

**08:00 - 17:00**
**📝 Responsibilities**
✅ Support the team in processing contract transitions (
**contract takeovers, asset sales, contract terminations**
) for existing customers.
✅ Guide customers through the contract transition process and respond to inquiries via
**email**
.
✅ Act as a key interface between
**customers, Customer Care, Technical Customer Service, Legal, and Portfolio Management**
.
✅ Assist in projects and drive
**process improvements**
.
**💼 Key Tasks**
🔹 Execute
**administrative tasks**
related to
**rental/loan contract transfers**
.
🔹 Create
**new customer accounts**
and transfer assets accordingly.
🔹 Update
**monitoring data**
and other relevant information using
**Salesforce**
and various web interfaces.
**Qualifications**
🌍
**German language skills at B2 level**
(mandatory).
⚡ Ideally, some
**professional experience in the energy sector**
or an
**administrative field**
.
