**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Tirana. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, coordinating integration efforts, and overseeing the structural and functional implementation of architectural plans. The role also involves managing projects, ensuring design quality, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative and practical architectural solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in Architectural Design and Architecture, with proficiency in producing and interpreting detailed plans and specifications
- Experience in Software Development and Integration for fostering effective collaboration between technical and structural elements
- Proven abilities in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of architectural projects
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in using architectural design software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related fields
- Experience in retail or commercial architecture, especially within the supermarket or hypermarket sector, is a plus
