We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our product launch and evaluation process, ensuring that content is delivered on time and that our enterprise clients receive their samples without a hitch. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
**MUST BE LOCATED IN BITOLA, MACEDONIA!**

Monday – Friday
4:30 PM – 12:30 AM CET

**About the Role**
The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of product samples and the precision of our enterprise content syndication. You will act as a vital link between our product launches and our account specialists, ensuring data accuracy and seamless communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- New Product Launch Delivery: Ensure all launch content is submitted to the syndication platform manager on time to meet strict device launch dates.
- Enterprise Content Management: Proactively manage enterprise-specific products, overseeing creation in Contentful and timely publication.
- Order Entry Precision: Execute all evaluation unit sample requests within 24 hours of receipt with a goal of zero processing errors.
- Fulfillment Ownership: Manage the end-to-end journey of samples from entry to delivery, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Coordinate directly with requestors to offer alternative products or colors when availability is low, maintaining fulfillment momentum.
- Specialist Support: Provide enterprise account specialists with accurate weekly reports every Monday and handle ad-hoc data entry requests with speed and accuracy.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent Excel skills

Ability to manage large datasets, generate accurate reports, and utilize functions to streamline workflows.
- **Proven experience in data entry, order management, or a similar administrative role.**
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
- High level of proficiency in managing digital content (experience with Contentful or syndication platforms is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a "zero-error" mindset.
- Ability to work the specified CET afternoon/evening shift.
