This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with top-tier executives, develop key business relationships, and drive revenue through sponsorship and exhibition sales.

**Role Overview**

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to sell sponsorship packages for our portfolio of international conferences across a diverse range of industries. You will interact directly with C-level executives, gaining valuable insights into the B2B sector and playing a key role in facilitating business partnerships between leading industry players.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**

- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with high-level executives.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and internet usage.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Self-motivated, able to meet targets, and work independently.

**Preferred (but not essential):**

- Experience in sponsorship sales or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to identify business opportunities.

**EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS**
