**Role Description**

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with building standards, conducting inspections, and maintaining efficient logistics operations. The role involves collaboration across departments to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met, while adapting to project challenges effectively.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Project Management and related methodologies
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure smooth project timelines
- Knowledge in Inspection processes and compliance standards
- Skills in Logistics Management for effective resource allocation and supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet project objectives
- Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
