**Role Description:**

The SDR will be responsible for cold calling enterprise clients in the healthcare industry,generating qualified leads through proactive outreach. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, conducting high-volume outbound calls, and scheduling meetings for senior sales team members.
The ideal candidate thrives on the phone, takes initiative, and is passionate about driving results in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Qualifications**
- 2 or more years of cold calling experience with a proven track record
- Strong skills in list building and identifying target prospects
- Experience using dialers and CRM tools in a sales environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Ability to manage and prioritize outreach in a high-volume environment
- Experience in healthcare sales is a plus but not required
- Passion for sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets
