**About the Role**
This is not a logistics-only event role. We’re looking for someone who owns events end-to-end, from strategy to execution to measurable business impact. You will be part of our core marketing engine and fully responsible for how events contribute to our commercial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-end event ownership:**
Planning, execution, and follow‑up for field events, trade shows, partner events, and hosted events.
- **MQA logic:**
Define what success looks like per event and ensure activities drive meaningful engagement, not just attendance.
- **Target account mapping per event:**
Clearly define who we are targeting and why, before the event happens.
- **Post‑event progression:**
Ensure structured follow‑up and engagement after events (not simply “sending leads to sales”).
- **Stakeholder collaboration:**
Work closely with sales, partnerships, and marketing to ensure events support broader business objectives.
- **Operational excellence:**
Manage timelines, vendors, budgets, assets, and on‑site execution with high attention to detail.
- **This is an early‑stage role, with:**
70% hands‑on execution. 30% strategic planning and optimization of events.
**Requirements**
- **Experience:**
3–5 years of experience in event marketing or field marketing (B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus).
- **Mindset:**
Able to work independently and own projects from start to finish. High energy, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment. Curious and AI‑first in mindset, interested in using tools and automation to work smarter
- **Communication:**
Confident communicator, comfortable working with international teams.
- **Skills:**
Commercial mindset, understands that events exist to drive business impact, not just brand visibility. Strong organizational and project management skills.
**Why Join Us?**
If you’re passionate about event marketing with purpose, want ownership beyond logistics, and are excited to grow with a scaling SaaS company, we’d love to hear from you.
