**Remote Sales Agent / Appointment Setter**
We are hiring a motivated Remote Sales Agent to join our growing team.
Your main role will be reaching out to warm and cold leads, starting conversations, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-focused role ideal for someone confident on the phone, sharp in communication, and comfortable working independently.
**Responsibilities**
- Call and follow up with leads daily
- Qualify prospects and identify buying interest
- Book appointments for senior sales staff
- Update CRM and notes accurately
- Send basic follow-up messages when needed
- Maintain professional and positive communication
**Requirements**
- Strong English communication skills (US Accent)
- Confident speaking on phone calls
- Previous sales, calling, or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Organized and self-managed
- Goal-oriented mindset

- CRM experience

**Compensation**
