🔥 Civil Site Engineer – Solar Project (30MW EPC) | North Macedonia (Site-Based)
Company: POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.
Location: North Macedonia (Oslomej & Bitola Project Sites)
⚡ Project You Will Work On
We are delivering a 30MW utility-scale Solar PV project in North Macedonia under full EPC scope:
Oslomej PV Plant – 10MW
Bitola PV Plant – 20MW
Scope includes:
Design, Supply & Installation
Commissioning & Handover
👉 This is a real construction-phase project, not design or office work.
🚧 Your Role (What You Will Actually Do)
You will be working on site, supporting and supervising civil construction works:
Foundations:
PV structure foundations
Equipment foundations
Civil works:
Substation structures
Cable trenching & backfilling
Daily responsibilities:
Site supervision (progress, quality, safety)
Setting-out & basic surveying
Inspection of works
Work closely with:
Site team & foremen
QA/QC engineers
Project engineers
👉 This role is hands-on, practical, and execution-focused
✅ Who We Are Looking For
Civil Engineer with 3–8 years experience
Background in: Construction / infrastructure / civil works
Experience with: Foundations / site works / trenching
Familiar with: Construction practices in Balkans region
English communication required
Willing to work on project site
👍 Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience in:
Solar projects
Substation or power projects
Local certification (North Macedonia / EU)
Experience with FIDIC or international projects
⚠ Important
This is a site-based role (not office)
Suitable for engineers who like field work and real construction
