**Role Description**
This is a full-time Pharmacy Technician role with a hybrid work structure. Based in Skopje, the role combines in-pharmacy operations with some flexibility for remote responsibilities. The Pharmacy Technician will handle prescription processing, support day-to-day pharmacy operations, manage inventory, assist in customer service, and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and regulations. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, the technician will play a critical role in supporting patient care and satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of prescription handling and pharmaceutical practices
- Proficiency working with pharmacy systems and processes, including inventory control
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients
- Certification or training as a Pharmacy Technician is required
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Multitasking ability with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment is an advantage
