**Role Description**

Role: Admin Assistant (Part-Time → Potential Full-Time)

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized individual to support our daily operations. This is a part-time position with strong potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

You don’t need extensive previous experience — what matters most is your ability to think clearly, learn quickly, and handle tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

- Manage emails, messages, and basic correspondence

- Organize files, documents, and internal records

- Assist with reports, data entry, and general office tasks

- Follow up on tasks and ensure things are completed on time

- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners when needed

- Help keep operations structured and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong common sense and problem-solving ability

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable using tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Reliable, responsive, and willing to learn

Nice to Have (but not required):

- Any previous admin or coordination experience

- Experience working with vendors or handling basic operations
