We are looking for a
**Full Stack Developer (PHP & React)**
who can own end-to-end development of modern web applications, from backend architecture in Laravel to high-performance React frontends, while delivering clean, scalable code.
**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel) and ReactJS
- Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces with strong focus on performance, maintainability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Convert design assets (e.g., PSD/Figma) into clean, high-quality code
- Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services (Google, Facebook, YouTube, HubSpot, etc.)
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions and architecture
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack
**Technical Skills**
- At least 3+ years of continuous experience in PHP development (Laravel preferred)
- Strong experience with ReactJS (3+ years)
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design (RWD) and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
**Languages**
- Professional proficiency in English (required)
- Italian is a plus
