Sales and Business Development Manager (Tirana Albania)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager based in Tirana, Albania, to lead business development efforts across Albania.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Wildfire's full range of creative and digital services - including web development, branding, marketing strategy, and AI solutions - as well as a growing portfolio of locally developed SaaS products built for key Albanian industries such as restaurants, tourism, hotels, and tour operators.
This is a mid-level to senior position with significant growth potential. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, and a collaborative environment with direct access to company leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for Wildfire's creative and digital services across Albania.
- Sell and promote Wildfire's SaaS products to businesses in the restaurant, tourism, hotel, and tour operator sectors.
- Manage inbound leads from local Google Ads campaigns, including follow-up, nurturing, and upselling.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy covering Tirana and key cities nationwide.
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, product demos, and consultations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the creative and development teams to create tailored proposals and pricing packages.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Director.
- Represent Wildfire at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities throughout Albania.
**Qualifications**
- You must be a citizen of the Republic of Albania or have legal status to work in the country and be located in Tirana.
- Fluent in Albanian and English (spoken and written). Both languages are essential for this role.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Albanian business landscape and market dynamics.
- Experience in tech or selling digital services (web development, marketing, SaaS) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and other cloud-based platforms.
- Professional network within Albanian business communities is a significant advantage.
