**Role Description**
The Legal Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Centar, supporting the company’s civil engineering and mining operations through comprehensive legal oversight. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing legal advice to management and project teams. The role involves monitoring regulatory changes, assessing legal risks related to projects, and coordinating with external counsel when needed. The Legal Officer will also develop and implement internal legal policies, support dispute resolution processes, and maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
**Qualifications**
- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Law and Business Law, with the ability to apply these principles to civil engineering and mining operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Contract Law and Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and project-related documentation.
- Candidates should possess experience in Legal Consulting, offering practical, solution-oriented advice to management and project teams on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Relevant academic background such as a law degree (or equivalent) and eligibility to work in a legal capacity within the applicable jurisdiction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Experience in construction, civil engineering, or mining sectors is an advantage, along with familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
