**35-room hotel.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage all kitchen operations and staff
• Develop creative, high-quality menus that reflect the hotel’s concept
• Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen personnel
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Requirements:**
âś” Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants
âś” Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
âś” Creativity, passion for gastronomy, and attention to detail
âś” Ability to work in a fast-paced seasonal environment and deliver consistent results

• Financial package starting from
**300,000 L/net salary**
