. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional to lead a dynamic kitchen team, create exceptional dining experiences, and contribute to a memorable guest stay at a
**35-room hotel.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage all kitchen operations and staff
• Develop creative, high-quality menus that reflect the hotel’s concept
• Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen personnel
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Requirements:**
✔ Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants
✔ Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
✔ Creativity, passion for gastronomy, and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced seasonal environment and deliver consistent results
**💰 Compensation & Benefits:**
• Financial package starting from
**300,000 L/net salary**
(based on experience)
