**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role located in Tirana. The CEO will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and vision of Future Home Real Estate, leading the organization toward sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing executive teams, developing business strategies, evaluating operational efficiency, and representing the company to stakeholders, partners, and clients. The CEO will establish long-term objectives, ensure alignment across all departments, and drive performance toward achieving the company’s goals.
**Qualifications**
- Leadership and management skills, including the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively
- Strategic thinking and decision-making, with experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Strong financial acumen and ability to oversee budgets, profitability, and financial operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Experience navigating the real estate industry, with knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in collaboration, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
