**Back Office Sales Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Enter customer orders received via email into the system accurately and on time;
- Communicate with customers regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order follow-ups;
- Coordinate closely with the logistics department to ensure timely planning and execution of deliveries;
- Update supplier order statuses using Excel and/or the company’s financial system;
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and order tracking.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively;
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
