We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and elite technical skills to lead the visual evolution of our brand identity. This role is dedicated to high-impact branding, sophisticated typography, and complex print production. We are seeking a specialist in traditional graphic design and physical media rather than digital interfaces or web environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Identity & Excellence:**
Maintain, evolve, and strictly adhere to comprehensive brand guidelines across all physical and corporate assets.
- **Print & Editorial Design:**
Lead the creation of high-end marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, large-scale advertising, and product packaging.
- **Pre-Press & Production:**
Adapt and optimize complex designs for various physical media, ensuring technical precision in color profiles (CMYK), bleed, and material specifications.
- **Creative Concept Development:**
Brainstorm and execute sophisticated visual ideas that support business goals and resonate with our target audience.
- **Team Collaboration:**
Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to develop consistent, high-quality visual concepts.
- **Project Management:**
Effectively manage multiple print and branding projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Trend Integration:**
Constantly research and integrate emerging trends in typography, layout, and print technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Proven Portfolio:**
A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating mastery in branding, editorial layout, and tangible design projects.
- **Advanced Technical Proficiency:**
Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with a specific emphasis on
**InDesign**
for layout,
**Illustrator**
for vector/packaging, and
**Photoshop**
for advanced image manipulation.
- **Design Foundation:**
Deep knowledge of typography, grid systems, color theory, and the nuances of physical production/printing processes.
- **Communication Mastery:**
Ability to clearly present and explain complex design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- **Adaptability & Problem Solving:**
Resourceful in addressing design challenges and iterating based on feedback and evolving project needs.
