We are looking for a skilled
**Account Manager**
with a passion for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage key accounts, forecast pipelines, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This position is ideal for a mid-level professional who thrives on building client partnerships and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll be working directly with some of Lango’s most important clients, identifying opportunities to better serve the language access requirements of hospitals, clinics, behavioral health facilities, and other organizations in the healthcare industry.
This role will report to the leader of our Healthcare Business Unit, and will be responsible for ensuring the success of mid-sized and enterprise healthcare organizations on a local and national basis. The successful Account Manager will partner closely with the Language Access and Patient Care departments at large hospital systems, and similar departments in other healthcare organizations. You will understand the challenges and objectives of these clients, and directly align Lango’s breadth of language solutions to ensure the success of the client in meeting their objectives.
**Job responsibilities include:**
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue within existing Healthcare accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring continuous account growth.
- Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Manage account pipelines effectively, ensuring accuracy in revenue forecasting and delivering actionable insights to BU leadership.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying their needs and aligning Lango’s solutions to maximize account value.
- QBR Leadership: Lead engaging, data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance, identify opportunities for growth, and strengthen client relationships.
- CRM Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of CRM data quality in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Care, Business Development, and Marketing teams to align on strategies that enhance client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
- Market Insights and Solutions: Stay informed about industry trends and client needs, using insights to tailor solutions that drive additional value for clients and enhance revenue potential.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management, offering insights for continued account growth.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience: 3-5 years of account management experience, ideally within the language services or tech-enabled services sectors, as well as within the healthcare industry or managing clients in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities for managing pipelines and revenue forecasting, along with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools, with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
- Client Focus: Ability to build strong client relationships, through remote and in-person interactions, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
