**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durrës for a Lifeguard. The Lifeguard will be responsible for monitoring swimming areas to ensure safety, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding quickly to emergencies. Additional tasks include providing basic first aid, maintaining a clean and safe pool environment, and offering assistance to visitors as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in water safety, swimming techniques, and rescue methods
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and emergency response protocols
- Strong observational and decision-making skills to ensure safety and respond to incidents effectively
- Physical fitness and endurance suitable for active and demanding tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly and enforce safety rules professionally
- Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid (required)
- Prior experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
