**Role Description**
We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Tirana, Albania location. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, and providing financial insights to support informed decision-making. Daily responsibilities include overseeing budgets, tracking financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with company goals.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent Communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Experience with financial software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance standards is preferred
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
