**JOB TITLE:**
ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
**OFFICE:**
TIRANA
As an Accounting Executive, part of the Finance team, you will assume responsibility for the company’s financial processes, closings, tax and audits.
You will manage the company daily accounting operations, cash flow, monthly closing, tax and reporting obligations, making sure rules, procedures and periodic obligations are met. Working with senior managers and Shared services center, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting, reporting to our Bulgarian´s Finance lead.
Our ideal candidate will have strong financial, fiscal and analytical skills, be a quick learner, and enjoy working in a challenging and dynamic environment
**Main responsibilities:**
- Overheads posting and reconciliation.
- Cash flow preparation and Bank reconciliation.
- Create, monitor and post accruals, reclassifications and journal entries.
- Fixed assets management.
- Tax reporting and submission to government.
- Coordinate Operations closing actions for Month end preparation.
- Reconciliation of sub ledger accounts and general ledger.
- Monthly closing accounting reports.
- Intercompany.
- Expenses and cost balances reports.
- Payroll management.
- Exchange rate updates.
- Cooperation with Shared Service Center departments, to solved out any inquires or actions required.
**Requirements**
- University degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- 3-5 years of accounting, tax or finance experience.
- Fluent English spoken/written is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills are mandatory.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work product.
- Willingness to challenge existing processes and methods to find opportunities for improvement.
