**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist, based in Tirana. The role involves managing product offerings, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high-quality travel experiences for customers. Responsibilities include communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team to meet organizational goals. Collaboration with team members to enhance product delivery is a key aspect of this role.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Product Management and a strong understanding of travel services
- Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and performance
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to address client inquiries and provide product insights
- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales abilities to engage and support a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with the tourism industry, particularly in destinations like Turkey, is an advantage
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred
