This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Worker role based in Tirana. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across designated areas, ensuring that facilities are clean, organized, and presentable. Duties may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and restocking supplies to uphold hygiene standards. The Cleaning Worker must also adhere to company policies and safety guidelines while performing tasks efficiently and reliably.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in cleaning, including skills in sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety protocols and adapt to established cleaning routines
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required**
