**Business Development Representative**
Location: Remote | Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 14:00–22:00 CET (North America focus)
**About QCP Marketing**
QCP Marketing supports business coaching, exit planning, and cost consulting firms across EMEA and North America with outbound campaigns that generate qualified sales conversations.
**The Role**
You’ll book qualified meetings for our clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. This is a KPI-led role with clear expectations and strong progression for top performers.
**KPIs**
- First 3 months (probation): minimum 20 booked meetings per month
- After probation: minimum 40 booked meetings per month
**What You’ll Do**
- Execute daily outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Research and source relevant prospects
- Qualify and book discovery calls into calendars
- Keep CRM data clean and up to date
- Join weekly performance reviews and optimise approach
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years in outbound sales / BDR / appointment setting
- Confident cold calling into US and Canadian markets
- Strong English (written + verbal)
- Target-driven, organised, resilient
- CRM / outreach tool experience is a plus
