**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for an Information Technology Specialist. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and administering network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing and managing network security protocols, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will work closely with team members and clients to ensure seamless technical support and infrastructure optimization.
**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge and experience in Information Technology and Network Administration
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related challenges efficiently
- Understanding and application of Network Security protocols
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with an ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in IT consultancy or related roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are beneficial
