HotBrandIt is a fast-growing U.S.–based private-label hot sauce company.
We work with restaurants across the U.S. to create their own
**custom hot sauce labels**
, manage ongoing orders, and maintain customer relationships.
We are hiring a full-time team member in Tirana who specializes in
**label design**
,
**social media**
, and
**communicating directly with customers to take and manage their orders.**
**🔥 Main Responsibilities (Focused & Simple)**
**1. Label Design for Restaurants (MAIN JOB)**
You will create:
- Custom hot sauce bottle labels for restaurants
- Updated versions when clients need changes
- Product images and promotional graphics
- Print-ready artwork following U.S. label standards
**Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop REQUIRED.**
**2. Customer Communication & Order Taking**
You will:
- Talk directly with U.S. customers (restaurant owners)
- Take orders for custom-labeled hot sauce
- Update customer information in our CRM
- Send order confirmations and label proofs
- Work with our U.S. team on shipping details
**Fluent spoken and written English is REQUIRED.**
**3. Billing & Order Management**
- Create and send invoices
- Track paid/unpaid orders
- Follow up with customers on billing questions
- Record each order accurately for production
Training provided on our systems.
**4. Social Media Management (For HotBrandIt Only)**
- Create content showing hot sauce, labels, and restaurant features
- Post on:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Reply to comments and messages
- Build brand awareness in the U.S. restaurant market
**🧑💻 Requirements**
**Must Have**
- **Strong graphic design skills (Adobe required)**
- **Fluent English (spoken + written)**
- Ability to talk to customers live
- Ability to take orders and handle billing
- Social media content creation experience
- Reliable computer + strong internet
- Ability to work U.S. hours (night shift Albania)
**Bonus**
(Not required but helpful)
- Experience designing product labels
- Video editing basics
- Restaurant industry knowledge
