Your Role
As a
**Backend Developer**
, you will work on the core logic of modern web platforms and internal systems. You’ll be responsible for building robust APIs, handling data and integrations, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
You’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and the technical lead to deliver production-ready solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop backend services and APIs
- Implement business logic and data models
- Integrate third-party systems (CRM, ERP, PMS, TMS, APIs)
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Support testing, debugging, and production deployments
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in backend development
- Solid knowledge of
**Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python**
- **Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)**
- **Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations**
- **Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar)**
- **Clean coding practices and attention to detail**
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a structured team**
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Docker / CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with security best practices
- Previous work on scalable business platforms or internal tools
