**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Control Engineer, located in Tirana. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and managing project costs to ensure budget compliance, preparing detailed cost reports, and analyzing financial data to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. The Cost Control Engineer will also support project control processes, work closely with project managers, and contribute to planning and scheduling efforts.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management principles and practices
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide insights
- Experience with Cost Reporting, including creating detailed and accurate reports
- Knowledge of Project Control methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with project management and cost control software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
