The Brand Manager is responsible for deeply understanding consumer insights and market dynamics that drive Top of Mind (TOM) awareness, brand salience, and per capita consumption. In close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, the role contributes to the annual business plan through the development, planning, and execution of brand initiatives, advertising strategies, as well as new product and packaging launches, while consistently ensuring the brand is represented in line with Red Bull’s global standards and values.

The role involves training and supporting marketing colleagues, as well as on- and off-premise and trade marketing teams, in the execution of their projects. It ensures strong collaboration and synergy across all trade and marketing initiatives.

The Brand Manager builds and delivers training on new cross-functional tools, including sales and marketing programs and trade marketing initiatives, and works closely with local teams, regional counterparts, and International HQ specialists to share insights, best practices, align plans, and stay up to date with the latest brand developments.

Additionally, the role is responsible for delivering the brand-related components of the business plan and sustaining or strengthening key brand performance indicators, including trial and awareness metrics, past 4-week and 12-month consumption, Top of Mind awareness, and overall brand salience.
