**Job Description**
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
**Senior Business Analyst**
to support the Supply Chain Department with high-impact financial and operational insights. In this role, you will act as a critical link between finance and business operations, driving data-based decision-making and supporting Enpal’s strategic growth.
You will take ownership of financial analyses, performance tracking, and forecasting activities while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and experienced in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance management.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Core Skills**
- Excel: Essential; must be fully proficient
- SQL: Nice to have, but not mandatory
- Full business proficiency in English (C1 or better)
**Create And Maintain Regular Reporting**
- Weekly business refresh reports
- Dashboards to track KPIs on a daily basis
- Clean and maintain P&L data
- Develop and maintain MBR (Monthly Business Review) dashboard
**Lead New Projects Involving**
- Designing processes, tools, and dashboards from scratch
- Collaborate closely with the Data team and work extensively with the ERP system
**Background & Experience**
- Education: Finance-related background (Master’s degree in Finance or related field)
**Professional Experience**
- Not necessarily from a finance role, but should have worked in Operations or with a Data team, actively using Excel (and ideally SQL)
- Alternatively, experience in FP&A or as a Business Analyst
**Domain Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of P&L structure and COGS dynamics
**💰 Salary:**
ALL 1,996,306 gross/year
**⏰ Hours:**
08:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri)
