**Role Description**
This is a Full-time on-site role for a Receptionist in Tirana. The Receptionist will manage front desk responsibilities, including welcoming visitors, answering and managing phone calls, and handling inquiries in a professional manner. Other responsibilities include managing clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting in office-related duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties.
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and basic administrative task management.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication systems.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
