**Company Description**
KH Summer Camp (KHSC) is the leading creative summer camp in Albania, founded in 2019 by Klea Huta. Every summer, KHSC gathers children, teens, and adults in the Albanian Alps for unforgettable experiences that blend creativity, leadership, teamwork, and personal growth in nature.

**Role Description**
This is a temporary on-site role as a Team Lead at Klea Huta Summer Camp, located in Tirana. The Team Lead will guide and oversee daily activities, manage a team of staff or volunteers, and ensure the safety and well-being of all camp participants. Responsibilities include planning and leading activities, coordinating schedules, addressing challenges, and maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for camp attendees. The Team Lead will also serve as a key point of contact for team members, addressing their concerns, and ensuring effective communication within the group.
**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Experience working with youth and a clear understanding of child safety practices
- Ability to plan, implement, and adapt activities to accommodate diverse participants
- First Aid certification and prior experience in camp settings are a plus
