**Tasks**
- Analyze complex business processes and translate insights into scalable data models and optimization concepts
- Develop and optimize data architectures and ETL pipelines to ensure high-quality, efficient data processing
- Implement advanced automation and orchestration workflows using tools such as Action Flows or Orchestration Engines in Celonis
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement data-driven improvement measures and performance enhancements
- Contribute to the continuous development of our Process Intelligence framework and build new aviation-related use cases
**Requirements**
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the Data Science/Data Engineering field, with a very good understanding of SQL/PQL and Python; knowledge of advanced concepts such as Machine Learning is a plus.
- Confident handling of Celonis (2 years of experience, Expert Badge certification, or similar is advantageous).
- Good understanding of aviation-specific processes (e.g., Maintenance, Flight Operations, Airport Logistics, or Ground Handling) is advantageous.
- Consulting mindset: You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and present yourself confidently to clients.
- Fluent English skills (C1 required); German skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for projects.
