We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
**Associate**
to join our team in Tirana.
**About the position:**
The Associate will support the assessment of new business opportunities and strategic projects across the Group. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional who enjoys research, working with numbers, and learning about different businesses. You will contribute to meaningful analyses and project deliverables while developing your commercial and financial skills.
**1. Market & Strategic Analysis**
• Research markets, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
• Organize findings and support the preparation of market comparisons and insights.
**2. Financial Analysis & Commercial Evaluation**
• Assist with Excel analyses, financial models, business plans, and feasibility studies.
• Review financial and operational information and help evaluate key assumptions.
• Support the team in assessing the commercial potential of new initiatives.
**3. Business Development & Transaction Support**
• Help prepare commercial proposals, business cases, and meeting materials.
• Support due diligence through research, information gathering, and document tracking.
• Assist with preparations for discussions with partners and external advisors.
**4. Project Coordination & Follow-Up**
• Coordinate assigned tasks with colleagues and other departments.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and project updates; maintain organized records.
**5. Presentations & Reporting**
• Prepare clear PowerPoint presentations, Excel analyses, and short reports.
• Summarize research and data in an accessible format for the team.
**6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
• Assist in tracking selected projects and business performance indicators.
• Highlight notable trends, questions, and areas for further analysis.
**The ideal candidate**
has a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic business environment.
