- Proven experience in Operations Management and Business Planning
- Demonstrated abilities in Sales and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional Strategic Planning and ability to identify long-term business opportunities
- Leadership experience and strong decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Human Resources or migration consultancy industries is a plus**
