We are seeking a finance professional with
**over 5 years of experience in accounting**
, ready to contribute strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance within an international environment.
Based in our Sarajevo or Tirana office, you'll collaborate with an international team providing exceptional accountancy services to clients. Occasional travel to partner or client offices in the Netherlands may be part of your exciting journey with us.

**Work activities mainly consist of:**
- Processing of journal entries with respect to (monthly/quarterly) closing process
- Analyzing balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
- Preparing annual financial statements and compiling financial reports
- Processing of periodic tax declarations and corporate tax return declarations
- Advising on cost reduction and increase of profits
- Review budgets and financial reports and provide critical feedback
- Ensure that documentation is prepared in a timely manner
- Train and coach (junior) accountants
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in accounting or related field
- Professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in an accounting agency
- Knowledge of GAAP: Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (external reporting)
