This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Architect located in Tirana, Albania.
The Senior IT Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure of the bank’s digital systems.
The role reports directly to the CTO / COO.
Key responsibilities include leading architectural frameworks, ensuring system scalability and security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business goals. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on emerging technologies, managing system performance, and ensuring compliance with European and local regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex infrastructure and cloud-based technologies
- Expertise in software development, database management, and network infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with digital banking systems and financial infrastructures is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
