**What you’ll do:**
✨ Manage delivery orders via phone and chat: create, modify, track, and resolve issues.
✨ Resolve complaints quickly: delays, wrong or cold products, missing items, etc.
✨ Log all interactions in our
**CRM and ticketing systems**

**What we’re looking for:**
✅ Residing in Albania with a home workspace.
✅ Advanced
**Greek**
(C1) spoken and written; intermediate English.
✅ Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or contact center (delivery, fast food, e-commerce…).
✅ Digital proficiency and quick learner.
✅ Positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
