## Tasks
This is not a role where you “support” from the sidelines. You’ll be on the field, steering the game.
* **Project Ownership**: You manage entire projects from kickoff to delivery, always focused on customer success and top‑quality results.
* **Customer Communication**: You lead client meetings, understand their goals, and translate them into clear, actionable tasks for our technical team.
* **Project Planning & Coordination**: You maintain our project boards, track progress, and make sure every detail is captured and executed.
* **Risk Management**: You identify potential issues early and take initiative to solve them before they escalate.
* **Cross‑Team Alignment**: You connect sales, development, and leadership to keep every project on track.
* **Reporting & Documentation**: You provide clear internal and external updates, ensuring total transparency at every stage.
## Requirements
We don’t expect a long list of certificates or years of experience. We want **potential**, hunger to learn fast, and the drive to take responsibility.
* Initial exposure to IT or software projects (university, internships, personal projects)
* Strong willingness to learn and the ability to dive quickly into technical topics
* Solid understanding of how software systems work (no coding required, but technical curiosity is a must)
* Structured, solution‑oriented mindset
* **Fluent German (spoken and written) mandatory - C1/C2.**
You will manage German‑speaking customers, lead meetings, and communicate directly with stakeholders.
* Strong English skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
