We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales & Business Development to lead Telelink Infra Services’ commercial growth and diversification agenda.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution — identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the energy, EPC, public-infrastructure, and automation markets.

***As Head of Sales & Business Development , your responsibilities will include:***
- Designing and executing the Diversification Roadmap 2026–2028, mapping new sectors, clients, and growth areas.
- Leading and coordinating the Sales & Business Development Division, aligning tendering, partnerships, and presales activities.
- Establishing and managing strategic partnerships and consortiums for complex or donor-funded projects.
- Collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure commercial feasibility, competitive pricing, and contractual compliance.
- Negotiating and closing high-value contracts, maintaining focus on opportunity quality, risk balance, and profitability.
- Driving pipeline management and market intelligence to support informed decision-making and growth forecasting.
***To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:***
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, commercial management, or EPC/infrastructure roles.
- Proven track record in tendering, market development, and high-value contract negotiation.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English — confident, persuasive, and relationship-oriented.
