**Senior Inside Sales Executive**
to join our team. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with the

You will be responsible for managing and driving high-value sales deals and packages exclusively over the telephone, dealing primarily with
**Director and C-level decision-makers**
.

**The Role**
**Responsibilities**
As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will work in the B2B (business-to-business) division, acting as a crucial link between our events and major global companies. Your responsibilities are focused on strategic growth and leadership:



- Secure and manage relationships with key accounts and high-value clients;
- Expertly research, contact, and close significant sales deals with senior-level decision-makers;
- Act as a mentor for junior team members, sharing best practices in sales strategy and client building;
- Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent delivery against aggressive sales targets.

**Requirements**
We are looking for individuals who already possess a strong foundation in B2B sales:



- Minimum 2-4 years documented success as an International B2B Sales Executive (event, conference, media, or related sectors preferred);
- Superb oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory);
- Highly ambitious with a track record of consistently exceeding significant sales targets;
- Confident, persuasive telephone manner for negotiating with Director and C-level executives;
- High working drive, resilience, and persistence essential for success in a challenging role;
- Proven ability to mentor team members while independently driving personal results.

Proficiency in
**Hubspot**
as a CRM tool will be considered as an advantage.
