In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining core backend services and automations that power our products and internal operations.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
- Build robust and scalable REST APIs for internal and external integrations
- Work with both MongoDB and SQL databases to manage and optimize data storage
- Develop and improve automations that streamline system and business workflows
- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability at scale
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and engineering teams
- Troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve system quality
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong professional experience with Java
- Proven hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Solid knowledge of MongoDB
- Good understanding of SQL databases
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience implementing automations
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
