**🔹 Role Overview**
**Level: Junior–Mid**
**Languages: German (B2–C1), English (B1+)**
We are looking for a Service Agent with strong German language skills to join our growing team. The role involves providing professional support to German-speaking clients, resolving their requests, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle communication with clients via phone, e-mail, or chat in German
Manage and resolve customer requests, complaints, and incidents
Provide accurate and clear information about products or services
Record customer interactions in the system and follow up until resolution
Collaborate with other departments for cases that require escalation
Deliver a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented service experience
🔹 Requirements
Strong command of the German language (minimum B2, preferably C1)
Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset
Good organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
Previous experience in customer support is considered an advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office
