**🎥 What You’ll Do**
- Edit vertical and horizontal videos (TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts) with dynamic pacing, storytelling, humor & human emotion
- Work with footage captured at stadiums, fan zones, pubs, plazas, city streets, museums and club shops
- Create matchday narrative structure: teasers before matchday, stadium & fan atmosphere, reactions, rituals, city culture, post-match reflections
- Add text overlays, transitions, captions and music aligned with football vibes
- Select/trim highlights to maximize retention and storytelling
- Occasionally create mini-documentary style 1–3 min edits
- Collaborate on idea boards, weekly calendars and storytelling direction
**✨ What We’re Looking For**
- Experience editing fast-paced Instagram & TikTok / Reels / Shorts
- Strong sense of pacing, hook creation and retention tactics
- Ability to create emotional and cinematic edits
- Fluent in English
