**Role Description**
This full-time, on-site role in Tirana, Albania, requires a dynamic Tour Guide specializing in the German language. As a Tour Guide, you will lead visitors through the city's most iconic landmarks and hidden spots while passionately sharing Tirana's unique history, culture, and stories. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative tours, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive and memorable experience for every participant. Building rapport with visitors and sharing insider tips about the city will be integral to your role.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Guided Tours and delivering engaging and informative experiences
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and cater to diverse audiences
- Interest and knowledge in History, particularly related to Tirana and Albania
- Experience or skills in Sales to promote additional tour packages and activities
- Fluency in German and proficiency in other languages (such as English) is a plus
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- Familiarity with Tirana’s attractions and cultural heritage is highly beneficial
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
